Tailor made recruitment strategies to complement the DNA of the different organizations. Championed Recruitment initiatives across business units and proactive in the implementation, application and continuous improvement of processes, policies, and practices. Having been on the customer side for scaling people needs, Meenu brings in wealth of expertise to understand and curate strategies for customer success.
